Ensure assembly quality as a Quality Control Inspector with Johnson Controls. Conduct daily inspections and collaborate with production teams to meet all quality standards effectively.
This role focuses on performing inspections of in-process units to verify sealing, confirm component integrity, and ensure conformity to quality requirements. As a key member of the team, you will assist in training, verify markings and drawings, and maintain adherence to safety protocols as per Alberta regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily inspections of assembly components
• Verify accuracy of drawings, markings, and work
• Assist in training and knowledge-sharing with team members
• Uphold safety standards and protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Strong ability to read shop drawings
• Proficiency using measuring tools, including tape measures
• Knowledge of assembly materials and methods
• Effective communication and time management skills
• Physical capability to lift materials up to 35 lbs
