Ensure product quality at Mastronardi’s Kingsville Distribution Center as a Commodity Inventory Controller. This role focuses on inspecting outbound shipments to guarantee top standards in quality.
Join our dedicated team at a 150,000 sq. ft. refrigerated facility operating 24/7. As a Commodity Inventory Controller, you will perform critical quality inspections to confirm that products meet customer specifications. You’ll make key decisions to rectify any defects found and ensure inventory is properly tagged and documented.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct quality inspections on outbound products
• Determine extent of defects in shipments
• Report issues and coordinate corrective actions
• Manage product tags and ensure correct labeling
• Evaluate and elevate non-compliant pallets
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with produce preferred
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs consistently
• Must pass drug test and background check
• Strong communication skills in English
