Responsibilities:
Conduct quality inspections and tests on products
Perform and record precise measurements according to parts drawings and predetermined procedures using the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
Reading details, schematics, organizational, computer (Windows, Excel, Word, Access, Computer Aided Design), mathematical, and statistical, and problem-solving skills.
Document quality issues and report findings to management.
Train production team on quality control procedures.
Ensure compliance with all quality standards and regulations.
Coordinate internal sorting processes to meet quality and production delivery requirements.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills:
Prior training and certification of CMM preferred
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify defects, trends, and areas for improvement.
