We are seeking a Safety Quality Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. As the Safety Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our production processes meet the highest safety and quality standards. You will work closely with the production team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance safety and quality. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and that our employees are working in a safe environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
5+ years of experience in safety and quality management in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of safety and quality regulations and standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
Certification in safety and quality management
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
Experience with Six Sigma methodologies
Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement safety and quality policies and procedures
Conduct regular safety and quality audits
Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance safety and quality
Train employees on safety and quality procedures
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations
Skills:
As the Safety Quality Manager, you will use your strong knowledge of safety and quality regulations and standards to develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure our production processes meet the highest safety and quality standards. You will also use your excellent communication and leadership skills to train employees on safety and quality procedures and ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations. Additionally, your experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems will be invaluable in identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to enhance safety and quality.

Pay: $95,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
