Job Description:
- Review credit reports from multiple credit bureaus to evaluate the financial status of clients.
- Ensure the submission of data to reporting agencies in line with regulatory deadlines.
- Adhere to national regulations governing reporting such as POJK, PBI, and other relevant laws.
- Ensure that the bank's reporting practices align with internal policy.
- Identify, investigate, and report any errors or discrepancies found in data or reporting that may affect compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Having 2-5 years experiences in IT reporting.
- Certifications in banking or financial services would be a plus.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and industry standards.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and interact with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Strong analytical skills to asses data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Understanding of regulations and compliance requirements related to reporting
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing reports and identifying discrepancies or errors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex reporting processes to both internal stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with different departments.
- Familiarity with various banking products.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, particularly when preparing periodic reports, audits, or updates to regulators.
