Your Role: Quality Control Specialist
As our Quality Control (QC) Specialist, you’re not just reviewing videos—you’re ensuring that every piece of content maintains our high-quality benchmarks. You will oversee the quality assurance of edited videos, focusing on detecting defects, correcting issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. You’ll ensure that the final product meets all technical and aesthetic requirements, transforming raw video content into polished masterpieces.
What You’ll Do
Video Quality Assurance :Review videos for sound, color, lighting, and overall quality to meet client standards. Implement quality control procedures and recommend improvements based on client feedback and industry trends to maintain excellence.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Use QC tools to track team performance, generate detailed reports, and analyze trends. Conduct weekly reviews to provide actionable feedback and drive continuous improvement across projects.
Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Partner with editing and project management teams to resolve quality concerns effectively. Proactively suggest and implement enhancements that align with client needs and evolving expectations.
Team Management & Workload Balancing: Assess team bandwidth, request additional resources when needed, and manage leave approvals to ensure balanced workloads and uninterrupted project execution. ️
What You Need
Language & Communication: Strong fluency in spoken and written English, with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to editing teams while managing multiple tasks efficiently. ️
Video Production & Technical Skills: Proven experience in video production, editing, and content review, with familiarity in QC processes, tools, and video editing software (preferred but not essential). ️
Independence & Leadership: Capable of working independently and remotely, with prior experience in project leadership or team management being advantageous.
Education & Growth Mindset : A degree in Film, Communications, or a related field is a plus, coupled with a passion for fostering team growth and development.

Competitive base salary: 10,700 – 28500 PHP (Your base salary will largely depend on the skills and experience that you bring to the table and above is the range between which may or may not include any performance-based compensation)
