Most of our operations are based in our two warehouses located at 457 Industrial Way and 537 Stone Road in Benicia, CA.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist / Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role requires the individual to split their time equally between our 457 and 537 warehouse locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining quality control standards across both facilities.
Key Responsibilities:At 457 Warehouse:
Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Supervise warehouse staff and provide training as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
At 537 Warehouse:
Perform quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing products.
Document and report any quality issues or discrepancies.
Collaborate with the production team to address quality concerns.
Develop and implement quality assurance protocols.
Maintain records of inspections and quality metrics.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in warehouse operations and quality control.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation between warehouse locations.
