We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to support our SAP ECC to S4 migration program. The individual will work closely with the Test Architect to design comprehensive test plans and lead on-ground test execution.
Job Description:
• The ideal candidate should have strong experience in large-scale interface migration, particularly involving SAP ECC integrations. Exposure to tools such as Dell Boomi and CrushFTP is desirable; however, a solid understanding of testing interfaces across multiple platforms is essential.
• A robust Quality Assurance background is required, with hands-on expertise in managing and executing various testing phases.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—are critical. The candidate must be able to clearly articulate issues, provide updates, and effectively participate in stakeholder discussions and meetings.
Required Skills and Experience
8+ years of Quality Assurance and Testing experience with at least 3 years in a Test Lead role.
Strong experience with SAP ECC and integration/interface testing.
Experience leading testing efforts for large-scale interface migration projects.
Hands-on expertise in various testing phases including SIT, UAT, Regression, and End-to-End testing.
Strong understanding of data validation and interface testing across multiple systems and platforms.
Experience with defect management and test management tools such as Jira, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps.
Ability to analyze requirements and create comprehensive test strategies and plans.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present issues, status updates, and recommendations.
