Our client, a leader in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the control of non-conforming materials, assessing production issues, and recommending improvements. You will contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance programs to meet production standards and customer requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with quality certifications;
Ensure that materials, processes, and finished products meet standards;
Organize and participate in internal and external quality audits and monitor corrective actions;
Monitor performance indicators to identify trends and initiate improvement plans;
Prepare and present quality status reports to senior management;
Collaborate with production managers to implement quality measures and deploy internal procedures and work instructions.

If the following describes you:
High school diploma and/or college diploma in a technical discipline or equivalent;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control in manufacturing;
2 to 3 years of experience in personnel management;
Bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken.
