CCI Energy and Construction Services, LLC is currently seeking a talented Quality Control Manager to join our dynamic CCI-ECS team, a subsidiary of Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH).

Compensation:
$110,000 – $130,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
In this key role, you’ll be maintaining current records of quality control operations, activities, and tests performed, including the work of subcontractors and suppliers.
The initial project is located in Cleveland, OH, at the US Coast Guard Station and is ~$15M+/ Design / Build subsurface steam and condensate line replacement project.
Submittal coordination and review
Updating submittal register
Inspections of materials and workmanship
Supervise special inspections
Verify qualifications
Maintain rework/deficiency logs
3 phases of inspection
Hold preparatory meetings with team
USACE Quality Control Management
Qualifications:
10 years experience in construction
Experience managing Government projects
CQM-C certification
Proficient with word, excel, PDF
