Our client, a leader in the bioprocessing equipment industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join their team. As a vital member of the Quality Department supporting the Bio Processing Equipment Automation / Single-Use Division, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and manufacturing efficiency. What’s the Job?

  • Perform incoming and in-process inspections on materials and assemblies to verify compliance with specifications, drawings, and quality standards
  • Utilize inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and microscopes to ensure precision and accuracy
  • Document inspection results and material transactions accurately in ERP systems, maintaining complete and audit-ready records
  • Identify, document, and escalate nonconforming materials, supporting Material Review Board (MRB) activities and corrective actions
  • Collaborate effectively with manufacturing, quality engineering, and other teams to support inspection criteria and process improvements

What’s Needed?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality inspection and manufacturing assembly or a similar role
  • Associate of Science degree or a technology-related field, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proficiency with inspection tools such as microscopes, calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems, including ERP and PLM systems
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read and follow written procedures and work instructions effectively
