Quality Control Technician (Direct Hire)
Location: Prescott, WI
Shift: 3rd Shift
Pay: $19.00/hour
Join Our Team as a Quality Control Technician!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Control Technician to join our manufacturing team on 3rd shift. This is a great opportunity for candidates with quality, manufacturing, food production, GMP, or ISO compliance experience who are looking to grow their careers in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections and testing on products and materials.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP requirements, and company procedures.
- Assist with identifying quality concerns and implementing corrective actions.
- Communicate findings effectively with production and management teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality programs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of quality control experience preferred.
- Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with GMP environments and/or ISO compliance is highly desired.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
