The Role
- Act as the final gatekeeper, ensuring new features meet real-world warehouse requirements before release.
- Conduct real-world testing of new features, providing critical feedback to developers.
- Master modern AI and testing platforms with provided training to apply warehouse knowledge to professional software QC.
- Focus on ensuring bulletproof service delivery rather than just code.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Warehouse "Super-User" or "Go-To" Floor person.
- Regular user of WMS software, with a strong understanding of e-commerce operations.
- Ability to identify and resolve system inefficiencies, with a desire to build better systems.
- Technically literate and curious, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with 3PL or client setup space is a plus.
