Job Responsibility
Sampling & Labelling of incoming materials
Maintenance of Inward register for RM/PM/IPQC/GP
Testing of incoming materials, Generic Product, Stability, Validation, TBR, M/c breakdown or any trial samples & under supervision wherever required.
Testing In-process materials & Purified Water
Operation, cleaning & maintenance of instruments & equipment whichever applicable.
Calibration of non-critical instruments whichever applicable.
SAP entry
Documentation and Logbooks
Preparation & Maintenance of bench reagents and solutions
Maintenance of control samples and relevant records
Out Lab Analysis – Sending samples and receive reports.
Intimate About Lab Requirements
Highlight gaps in written procedures and actual practice
Environment monitoring in the lab, control sample room & various equipment.
Intimate OOS/ OOT results
Trouble shooting of non-critical instruments & equipment
Inform to superior about any breakdown & communicate for Maintenance in absence of Superior.
Qualification
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related Field
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related Field
Experience
0 to 1 Year (Fresher Preferred First)
