Description:
MROQuality Engineer & SR Quality /DMIRDirect Placements These  positions are Inspectingmanufactured and repair parts on behalf of the FAA. They willperform conformity and qualification for Safran sister companiesalong with Safran Customers.
Inspects mechanical and electricalparts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies duringreceiving, in process, and finalinspections.
Responsible for identification,documentation, and securing of nonconforming parts, components,sub-assemblies and final assemblies & submissions to the Material Review Board (MRB) fordisposition.
Provides inspection feedback tosuppliers and other internal departments to improve overallquality.
Assures compliance to Customer,Statutory, and Regulatory Agency (FAA, EASA, ITAR, etc…)regulations.
Manages the Quality aspects ofdesign activities at system level: development reviews, approvesreleased documentation, validates Customer requirements, overseesqualification tests.
Completions of First Article Inspection (FAI) and generation/review of documentation ofFAI results in accordance with SAEAS
9102.Support and completions of Root Cause Corrective Action analysis and implementation of corrective actions(RCCA/CAPA)
Responsible for supporting themaintenance the Quality Management Systemdocumentation.
Support the timely completionand documentation of the Internal Audit Process. About Aerotek:
