About Your Role
As a Quality Engineer, you will analyze product capabilities, communicate customer requirements, train appropriate individuals in SPC, coordinate process capability studies, and assure that only quality product reaches the customer.
Responsibilities
- Research customer complaints and corrective action.
- Monitor and update Quality Assurance programs (DOE, process control plans, etc.).
- Contribute to product inspection and judge its conformance to specifications.
Required Experience & Skills
- Four‑year related degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in Quality Engineering.
- Previous quality experience in a manufacturing environment with heavy exposure to SPC, process control, and process capability studies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, database).
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
- Subject‑matter expert in statistics and engineering practices.
- Experience in an ISO organization is a plus.
