Job Description

Job Summary

Be responsible for factory quality assurance related work. To perform the analysis of the losses in the Process and propose actions derived from analysis to improve quality performance. This position is based in Pinetown, South Africa.

What You Will Do

  • Product Quality Test: Understand all the test methods for quality test, can perform all the test well. Analysis of the results and drive actions to improve the result.
  • Customer Claim handling: Owner of the KPI/KAI indicator customer issues related, including driving analysis and changes in the quality culture of the cell
  • Waste Management: Owner of Total waste KPI achievement: Driver of total waste continuous improvement:
  • Base Material Management: The Owner of Base Material quality losses and driver for "0" impact of factory total waste
  • Quality system management
  • WCM Activities in the Factory, support pillar progress and participate WCM pillar activity
  • Coordinate among different working processes of the whole production line to achieve quality targets
  • Training of operators and technicians to improve results driven by the process.

Profile Description

We believe you have

  • Completed Engineering degree or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 year QA or related working experience WCM skills and knowledge.
  • Familiar with ISO9001/ISO14001/BRC/ISO22000/OHSAS18001 system SPC, TQM, experience would be a plus
  • Experience of Production process is preferred.
