Summary
We are seeking a 3rd shift Quality Control Lab Technician to join our team at Atlas Bolt & Screw Company. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring product quality through rigorous testing and inspection processes. Your contributions will help maintain our reputation for excellence in the fastener industry.
Responsibilities
Conduct quality inspections on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Perform data collection and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Utilize coordinate measuring machines and micrometers for precise measurements.
Execute quality audits and maintain documentation of findings.
Collaborate with production teams to implement quality assurance protocols.
Assist in the development and maintenance of quality systems and procedures.
Support fabrication processes by providing quality control oversight.
Requirements
Proven experience in quality control or laboratory settings within manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and practices.
Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines and precision measurement tools such as micrometers.
Excellent data collection and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
