该职位来源于猎聘 Quality engineering should guarantee the quality and conformity of products, processes, and systems, applying management methodologies and tools to identify, prevent, and resolve problems, promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence in alignment with standards and customer expectations.
- Quality engineering should handling deviations classification 4, Chassis (NDR and Audit), Field Quality,
KD and internal Audit, where the focus is introduce a STA/LTA and it be responsible in PPS together with area responsible to discover the real root cause for deviation, and register deviation in FRAS system (DV)
and follow this deviation in QPM (TQC).
- Chassis, KD and audit deviation are the responsibility of quality engineering.
- Field quality are the responsibility of quality engineering from Q-team.
- Torque deviation, when engineering fails to solve the problem, or requires greater expertise, the quality of engineering with expertise in torque should be called.
- Quality engineering should be the owner of Quality Pulse Meeting together with group manager.
- Deviation classification 1, 2 and 3 should be handled by production and Q-Person.
Responsibilities
Quality Management Sytems (QMS)
Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems aligned with standards such as ISO 9001 and Scania way.
We should participation of layered audit, cleanliness assessment, ISO internal audit, COP audit, and etc..
Audits: Plan and execute internal audits, identifying nonconformities and opportunities for improvement.
Problem Analysis and Resolution: Investigate root causes of failures (Root Cause Analysis) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
We should create One Pager, A3 and PPS documentation to define STA, LTA and root cause. To validation (go and see), evidence collection and consolidation documentation. All deviation classification 4 the manager should be invited to check the solution before to close the case in FRAS system and QPM.
Monitoring and Control: Apply statistical process control (SPC), control charts, and other tools to monitor production and products.
Big data key player, update QPM Power Bi, analysis EBBA quality deviation data, analysis EBBA bypass data, monitoring risk reduction status (PFMEA/RPN), and issue weekly report.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work with engineering, production, and development to integrate quality from the design stage.
Quality representative for new project/product introduction, provide quality risk assessment.
Documentation: Prepare and manage technical documentation, quality reports, standard operating procedures, and specifications.
Training: Train teams in good quality practices and new procedures.
Provide quality tools/process control/Error proof training to quality blue collar.
Optimization: Review processes to optimize costs and efficiency, applying Lean Manufacturing and Six
Sigma principles.
Provide quality method support when receive invitation from Q-Person/Production/Group Manager,
QA, support define/validate containment methods, root cause analyses.
