Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Engineer role based in Guercif Province. The Quality Engineer will design, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and controls to ensure the reliability and compliance of banking products, services, and internal processes. Responsibilities include developing and updating quality documentation, performing regular quality checks and audits, analyzing non-conformities, and proposing corrective and preventive actions. The role involves collaborating closely with operations, IT, risk, and business teams to embed quality requirements into projects and process changes. The Quality Engineer will also monitor key quality indicators, prepare reports for management, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support training and awareness activities on quality best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Quality Engineering, with experience designing and improving quality frameworks and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in Quality Control activities, including inspections, testing, and verification of processes and deliverables.
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance practices, such as process audits, compliance reviews, and risk-based quality planning.
- Proven ability to monitor and enhance Product Quality, including defining quality criteria, tracking defects, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Experience in Quality Management, including setting quality objectives, using KPIs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, industrial engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and propose actionable improvements.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with quality standards and methodologies (e.g., ISO standards, Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or a similarly regulated environment is a plus.
