We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Steer and optimize internal corrective and improvement processes (CAR) and supplier complaint management, including 8D reports
- Systematically analyze manufacturing disruptions and derive, implement, and track sustainable improvement projects
- Conduct internal audits and maintain the document management system to ensure ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards
- Plan and execute employee training to strengthen quality awareness
- Act as an internal service provider and consultant for departments on all QM processes and customer requirements
What You'll Need
- A degree in engineering, materials science, chemistry, physics, or a related field
- Relevant professional experience in quality management, ideally in the semiconductor industry or a similar high-tech sector
- Strong knowledge of QM methods and proficiency with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- High customer orientation, organizational talent, and motivation to take responsibility in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment
