Quality Control
Technician (CMM Programmer)
This position is responsible for quality control and inspection of supplier parts, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and conform to international specifications.
Responsibilities
Conduct quality inspection and improvement activities for supplier parts.
Execute operations plan to ensure part quality per specifications, including field claim analysis and supplier management.
Analyze the cause of part problems and implement improvement activities.
Manage quality facilities and equipment, including investment cost execution.
Coordinate external events related to quality assurance.
Participate in new vehicle projects, including preparation for inspections and establishing quality securing plans.
Skills
Quality engineering, mechanical and electrical components, root cause analysis, quality control, automotive industry experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in quality engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
Ability to understand drawings and specifications of electrical and mechanical systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities.
In-depth understanding of quality management systems.
Specific experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year. Benefits include extensive medical coverage (company covers 93%), dental, vision, 401k, car discounts for Hyundai vehicles, and relocation assistance for those outside of 100 miles, ranging from $5,000 to $7,000.
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Ellabell, GA.
