RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with Development and Management teams to design test strategies, build test plans, and execute end-to-end testing activities.
- Domain & Process: Master domain knowledge (specifically Golf / Sports Tech) and clients’ testing workflows to execute testing independently and effectively.
- Review & Feedback: Review requirements, specifications, and technical documents to provide timely, accurate, and constructive feedback.
- Defect Management: Investigate bug/defect reports from Production Support, pinpoint root causes, and coordinate with the Development team to resolve and retest.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive test documentation and review it with the Development team as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Manual Tester.
- Proven track record in manual testing for both Web applications and Mobile applications.
- Experience in designing and executing: Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases, and Test Scripts based on functional requirements.
- Solid experience in Cross-browser, Cross-platform, and Responsive Testing.
- Hands-on proficiency in API Testing and Web Services Testing.
- Experience in establishing, documenting, and implementing QA/QC standards.
Skills & Methodologies:
- Strong grasp of modern testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent personal capabilities in: Organization, Analysis, Problem-solving, and Critical thinking.
- Eager to learn and proactive in adopting new testing technologies and methodologies.
- Practical experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of Automation Testing is a strong advantage.
Language Requirements: Good English
