Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining product integrity and safety, working closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process.
Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers and coordinate measuring machines, to assess product specifications.
Implement and monitor HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols to ensure food safety compliance.
Operate vision inspection systems to detect defects and ensure product quality.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company quality systems.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Skills
Strong knowledge of quality inspection processes and methodologies.
Familiarity with HACCP principles and practices.
Proficiency in using coordinate measuring machines and software such as Calypso.
Experience with vision inspection systems for defect detection.
Understanding of quality control standards and regulatory requirements, particularly FDA regulations.
Ability to effectively use precision measuring instruments, including calipers.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
