Position Summary: G2 Consulting Group is seeking a full time Lab Technician who works well independently and in team environments and is interested in starting or gaining additional experience in the construction and materials testing fields. You will be responsible for sampling, testing, inspecting, reporting and providing quality assurance for concrete and construction materials. This role involves self-motivation, organization, attention to detail, and consistent physical activity.
Qualifications:
High School degree or GED required
Reliable transportation to facility
Able to pass a background evaluation and drug screen
Inspector/Technical/Data collection mindset
Accuracy and strong communication skills
High ethical standards
Organized in thought with strong critical thinking skills
Responsibilities:
Documenting and recording information accurately
Process and communicate information in a timely manner
Maintaining a clean and organized working Lab
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Providing assessments with regulatory oversight
Maintain safety protocols and practices
Further Qualifications:
OSHA 10 Hour
Lab background experience
Field Construction Materials Technician experience
QC/CA
ACI Concrete Strength Certification
Agg I, II
CST I
HMA Bit 1
