Job Title: Entry-Level Visual Inspector (2nd Shift)
CMSP LLC is seeking an entry-level Visual Inspector to join our 2nd shift production team. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
The Visual Inspector plays a key role in ensuring product quality by visually examining and evaluating products, materials, and components. This position is responsible for identifying defects, inconsistencies, or any non-compliance with manufacturing or regulatory standards.
Role and Responsibilities:
Visually inspect and hand-trim non-critical parts as directed.
Utilize inspection equipment to visually examine non-critical products.
Assist higher-level inspectors (Inspector 2, 3) and supervisors as needed.
Complete daily inspection documentation.
Clean non-critical parts as directed.
Package and transport inspected parts as directed.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, with a particular focus on safety regulations.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Skills:
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficient reading skills in English.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong organizational abilities.
Manual dexterity for handling parts and inspection tasks.
Mechanical aptitude.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Basic math skills.
Ability to maintain an organized workspace.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Prior related work experience is helpful but not required.
One year of experience is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $17.50 – $19.00 per hour
