Job description:
For our Quality Management and Assurance department at our location in Graz, we are looking for a Quality Engineer (m/f/d) specializing in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
What you can expect
- Create, revise, and approve inspection and procedural instructions
- Act as the point of contact for all NDT-related topics
- Take responsibility for qualification and certification processes within the NDT field
- Define appropriate inspection techniques (surface and volumetric testing)
- Plan and execute inspections based on contractual and applicable standard requirements
- Coordinate quality-related activities within the defined scope of responsibility, involving all relevant project stakeholders (customers, local quality organizations, suppliers, etc.)
- Plan and perform supplier inspections as inspector
- Ensure that all project activities are implemented in accordance with quality requirements
- Prepare, review, and approve project-related quality documentation/procedures in the NDT area
Profile description:
Your profile
- Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field
- Relevant professional experience in quality-related project environments, preferably in mechanical and plant engineering
- NDT certification (VT, MT, PT, UT, RT) Level II / III according to EN ISO 9712 or comparable qualification
- Experience with SNT-TC-1A is an advantage
- Experience working with welded, forged, and cast components is required
- Basic German language skills required
- Very good English skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Willingness to travel ( apprx. 60%)

We are legally required to state the collective agreement minimum salary of €4,354.45 gross per month for this position. However, we offer market-competitive compensation depending on qualifications and professional experience.
