We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support customer quality, inspections, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining quality standards, resolving customer concerns, and driving process improvements while serving as a key liaison between customers and manufacturing operations

Description
- Perform and support product inspections and quality verification activities
- Lead corrective action investigations and CAPA initiatives
- Manage customer RMAs and quality-related concerns
- Collaborate directly with customers to address quality issues and improvement opportunities
- Prepare and submit PPAP documentation
- Support quality system compliance and continuous improvement activities
- Analyze quality data and identify trends
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to resolve nonconformances
- Assist with audits and quality documentation
- Support ERP-related quality processes and reporting
Profile
A successful Quality Engineer should have:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Hands-on inspection experience required
- PPAP experience required
- CAPA experience required
- Experience handling RMAs and customer quality concerns
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems preferred
- CMM experience, particularly MCOSMOS, is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
