In this position, you will report to the Plant Manager and be tasked with accurately blending spices and seasonings while ensuring product quality and consistency. You’ll also uphold cleanliness in accordance with HACCP standards and effectively document production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate mixers as per production recipes
• Accurately weigh and measure all ingredients
• Validate batch information for traceability
• Maintain quality by monitoring mixing times
• Inspect final products for proper attributes
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift license or willingness to obtain
• Preferred background in food manufacturing or blending
• Familiarity with HACCP and GMP standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active
