🎓 *Qualification: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.*
💼 *Experience: 20+ years in Quality Management/Assurance in manufacturing.*
💰 *Salary: Upto 25 LPA*
🧰 *Reports to: Operations Head*
⏳ *Team Size: 100+*
📌 *Key Responsibilities*
🔹 Quality Management System (QMS): Implement and sustain ISO 9001 / IATF / IMS standards; drive digital QMS.
🔹 Quality Assurance & Control: Define standards, conduct audits, manage SPC, FMEA, RCA, CAPA, and stop production if risks arise.
🔹 Supplier Quality: Lead supplier audits, PPAP approvals, and supplier development.
🔹 Customer Quality: Own complaints, warranty claims, and act as primary customer interface.
🔹 NPD & Change Management: Ensure APQP, PPAP, and risk validation before SOP.
🔹 Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory, statutory, and customer-specific standards.
🔹 Leadership: Build quality organization structure, train teams, and strengthen succession planning.
🔹 Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs (PPM, FPY, COPQ, NCRs, warranty data) and ensure timely closure of 8D/CAPA.
📌 *Skills & Competencies*
🔹 Expertise in ISO 9001, IATF, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, APQP.
🔹 ERP/SAP experience; automotive/electromechanical background preferred.
🔹 Quality certifications (ASQ CQE/CQM/Six Sigma) advantageous.
🔹 On-time PPAP submissions and audit compliance.
