Drive quality and staff development at Orchard Terrace Care Centre as a full-time Quality Improvement Coordinator. Take your nursing expertise to lead quality processes and enhance employee training.
The Quality Improvement Lead reports directly to the Executive Director, overseeing key quality initiatives. In this role, you will coordinate compliance inspections and develop annual quality improvement plans. You will also educate new team members on quality protocols and methodologies to foster continuous improvement and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the Quality Program and Proactive Compliance Inspection process
• Develop and submit HQO Quality Improvement plans
• Lead internal Quality Team Meetings effectively
• Train team members on the RQI process
• Monitor and present quality indicators and data analysis
Requirements:
• Registered health professional with relevant certification
• Comprehensive knowledge of long-term care practices
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Master trained in the Resident Quality Inspection process
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred
