Location: McQueeney
TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Quality Inspector located in Seguin, Texas.
Pay range: $16.00 – $16.50 + any applicable night shift premium
Overall Purpose: Ensure Quality services and support for all missions assigned to their site.
Reports to: Site Supervisor/Site Leads
Responsibilities:
(To include but not limited to the following)
Client Relationship
& Business Development
Act as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria.
Operations
Performs quality inspection / quality audits on incoming material using hand gaging and visual techniques to determine conformance to specifications and fitness for use.
Contains non-conforming parts and/or sub-assemblies.
Rectifies non-conforming material by rework, sorting and/or scrapping as directed by Team Leader.
Uses methods such as de-rusting, grinding, drilling, tapping, assembly and/or disassembly to rectify non-conforming material.
Determines the tools and equipment needed to do the job.
Grinds, sands, cleans and oils parts and/or sub-assemblies by using hand tools or equipment.
Other duties as assigned.
Organization & Management
Communicate sort/inspection results to managers, supervisors and production source.
Technical
MUST be able to use basic hand tools such as gaging, drills, taps, grinders and/or sanders to repair and/or clean parts and/or sub-assemblies.
Utilize company portal for time recording and policy acknowledgements.
Other
Any other duties as assigned.

1+ year in Quality related position.
Basic knowledge of materials and production processes.
Basic knowledge of quality control methods.
Education
Background
High School Diploma or Equivalent
