Quality Inspector – 2nd shift and 1st shift Jobs in Romeo, MI at Wilko Plastics, Inc.
Responsibilities:
– Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
– Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure product specifications are met
– Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
– Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
– Communicate any quality issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
Requirements:
– Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or in a similar role
– Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
– Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret technical specifications
– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound judgments
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Familiarity with quality management systems and processes is a plus
