Job Summary:
Looking for a highly motivated person with a minimum of 5 years in aerospace inspection. The ideal candidate will be able to perform In-process inspections, outside process inspection, and assembly inspection. Must Have a strong background in GD&T, and reading aerospace Drawing and specification, Must be able to use precision hand tool’s (Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gage etc,)
Basic math skills and high attention to detail.
Excellent written, verbal and communication skills, highly capable in Microsoft Office.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communications skills in a leadership capacity, managing and working well with others.
Be able to maintain and organized for a clean work environment.
Maintain a working knowledge of quality standards, part inspection, and preservation methods, and lean forward into new technologies and inspection methods.
(Preferred but not required) inspection operations using CMM or Leica Laser Tracker to include production parts, tooling, and facilities’ machinery where necessary. This requires understating of 3D model inspection and understand GD&T.
Basic math skills and high attention to detail.
