QUALITY INSPECTOR- (DIMENSIONAL INSPECTION)-EXPERIENCED Jobs in Temecula, CA at 3-D Precision Machine
Job Purpose: Maintains quality standards by inspecting in-process parts and final inspection of finished parts; recording measurement results.
Job Duties:
- Checks in-process part measurements and final part measurements using hand inspection tools, (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.)
- Doing in-process and First Article Inspections
- Approves/Rejects finished parts using inspector’s supervisors instructed technique.
- Documents will be completed as instructed by inspector’s supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of manufacturing/production methods and processes
- Works quickly and accurately
- Ability to follow established system for part inspection and schedule
- Accurately complete First Article Inspection Reports (FADIR)
- Ability to work with tight tolerances (.000X)
- 2+ years of Detailed and Diligent inspection of parts
- Job shop or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read blueprints using GD & T
Preferred Qualifications:
- CMM
- FARO or ROMER ARM
- Aerospace Inspection
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 – $30.00 per hour
