Frazier Aviation is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to help ensure the highest standards of quality and precision in the manufacturing of aerospace components. In this role, you will work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to inspect complex aircraft structures and components, verify compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect aircraft structural components, assemblies, and machined parts to engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Utilize Mylars, Portable CMMs, FARO Arms, Keyence systems, and traditional inspection tools to verify product conformity.
- Interpret blueprints, CATIA models, loft data, GD&T requirements, and industry specifications.
- Perform and document First Article Inspections (FAIs) in accordance with AS9102 requirements using Net-Inspect or similar systems.
- Identify, document, and disposition non-conforming products in accordance with quality procedures.
- Support root cause investigations and corrective action activities.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, customer requirements, military specifications, and internal quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, technical certification, or equivalent industry experience strongly preferred.
- 3 or more years of experience as a Quality Inspector.
- Experience with Net-Inspect or other FAI software platforms.
- Exposure to CATIA and model-based definition environments.
- Background in high-precision aerospace or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding and application of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
- Experience performing dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment.
- Proficiency with common inspection tools, including calipers, micrometers, height gages, indicators, and related equipment.
- Experience with FARO Arm, Portable CMM, Verisurf, Keyence, or similar metrology systems.
- Knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, and military specifications.
