Base pay range
$25.00/hr – $28.00/hr
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector/Tester to join their client’s team in California. This role is crucial for ensuring that medical devices meet the highest standards of safety and functionality. The successful candidate will perform a range of technical tasks related to the inspection and testing of these devices.
Responsibilities
The Technician performs technical tasks including but not limited to:
Inspection and testing of medical devices, ensuring their safety and functionality.
Conduct tests and inspections to evaluate the quality, performance, and safety of medical devices, documenting results.
Helps maintain manufacturing documentation (drawings, material specifications, inspection procedures, labels, and manufacturing instructions).
Helps to develop, document, and execute test methods, protocols, and reports.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good written and oral communication skills.
At least 1 year of previous experience testing/inspecting medical devices (experience with catheter products preferred).
Proficient in reading product specifications including drawings.
Proficient using rulers, micrometers, and calipers for use in inspecting dimensions of components.
Work Hours
Monday to Friday, 1st shift.
Additional Details
Max Pay is $28 per hour. Min Pay is $25 per hour.
