Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality and safety management support across ASEAN by ensuring compliance with certification, accreditation, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining the integrity of integrated management systems (IMS).
  • Drive digitalization, process improvement, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce manual workload.
  • Deliver data analytics and insights to support performance improvement, decision-making, and competitiveness across business divisions.
  • Ensure alignment and harmonization of quality management practices across ASEAN entities in line with corporate and divisional requirements.
  • Support and collaborate with the ASEAN Quality & Safety Team to ensure effective quality assurance and control.
  • Plan and conduct internal and spot-check audits to ensure compliance and operational readiness.
  • Manage customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction surveys, driving CAPA to improve service quality and reliability.
  • Partner with business units and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, best practices, and strategic initiatives, including CEO-led projects.
  • Support compliance areas including export control, data protection (e.g., PDPA, GDPR), and corporate governance requirements.
  • Monitor financial risk indicators such as outstanding receivables and support bad debt management.
  • Design and deliver training on ISO standards, quality tools, and management practices across ASEAN.
  • Perform other responsibilities as required.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong experience in Quality Management within TIC or similar industries, including IMS implementation, internal audits, accreditation (ISO/IEC 17000 series), compliance, CAPA, and performance improvement.
  • Certifications: Quality Professional/Manager (e.g., CQE, CQM) and Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 17000 series).
  • Training or experience in Lean, Six Sigma, data analytics, or digitalization initiatives preferred.
  • Working knowledge of ISO standards, SAC-SINGLAS, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience in regional/ASEAN operations and cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and influencing skills with strong attention to compliance and detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Organized, proactive, and service-oriented team player with strong time management skills.
  • Familiarity with BCM, Data Protection, Compliance, or Export Control is an advantage.
  • Enthusiastic, resourceful, and results-driven with a “can-do” attitude.
