Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for quality management at OEM factories in Southeast Asia, ensuring product quality meets company and customer requirements.
Organize and implement supplier process quality inspection work to ensure that the quality of products leaving the supplier’s factory meets the requirements.
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, oversee supplier quality management, and improve the overall quality level of the supply chain.
Analyze quality data, identify the root cause of quality issues, and propose and implement improvement measures.
Communicate directly with customers to convey our company’s quality control philosophy and address any questions they raise.
Assist in handling customer complaints, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, related to engineering, with 2 years of quality management experience.
Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to listen and speak in Chinese, capable of effective communication with multinational teams.
Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management System, with some experience in supplier quality management.
Possess good problem-solving skills, have a strong learning ability and adaptability, and be able to work independently under pressure.
Possess the ability to communicate directly with customers, convey our company’s quality control philosophy, and assist in handling customer complaints.
