The Quality Management Representative (QMR) is responsible for maintaining and improving the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015, customer requirements, and relevant industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and improve the QMS according to ISO 9001:2015.
- Monitor processes, conduct gap analysis, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, customer requirements, and quality standards.
- Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate external/customer audits.
- Maintain QMS documentation, audit records, non-conformities, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Monitor risks, incidents, customer complaints, and corrective action effectiveness.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review.
- Provide ISO/QMS training to employees.
- Support customer satisfaction improvement and complaint resolution.
- Lead internal quality audits, management review meetings, and certification activities.
- Support GMP and GDP implementation when required by customers.
- Work with departments to ensure consistent quality standards.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality management practices.
- Experience in audits, documentation, corrective actions, and risk management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Good communication, teamwork, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to train employees and work with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and auditors.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace/ Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certificate required.
- Lead Auditor qualification is an advantage.
- Experience with modern project management software is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management or a related role.
