Site Quality Leader (Solventum)
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As The Site Quality Leader For The Monrovia, California Facility Within The Dental Solutions Business, You Will Have The Opportunity To Tap Into Your Curiosity And Collaborate With Some Of The Most Innovative And Diverse People Around The World. Here, You Will Make An Impact By:
Serving as the manufacturing site Quality Management Representative and leading the site Quality team by providing expert-level Quality function leadership, guidance, and direction.
Leading the Monrovia Site Quality team by supervising quality engineering professionals and supervisors.
Identifying and leading improvement opportunities to ensure compliance with quality regulations.
Providing guidance to internal teams in the development and implementation of quality strategies.
Providing influential peer leadership as part of the Site Leadership Team.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher AND seven (7) years of Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Combination Product experience in a Quality management function.
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
(3) years of quality management experience demonstrating team leadership.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, or Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Skills including Competent Authority Interaction, External Audit Readiness, and Quality Engineering.
Demonstrated successful organizational influence in compliance excellence and continuous improvement.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

The expected compensation range for this position is $183,301 – $224,034, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures, and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
