QUALITY MANAGER

Our client is a medium-sized US-based aerospace manufacturing company whose products are recognized globally as the best of their kind. They are big enough to compete on the world stage, but they maintain a small company feel with a flat organizational structure that allows for improved collaboration, easier decision-making, and more effective communication throughout the company. They host frequent workplace events to keep the work interesting and fun.
For this opportunity, a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required. We are looking for a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a quality role within the aviation industry, with at least 5 years of Quality Management experience.
Experience with FAA regulations and AS9100 standards is also required, along with experience working with a robust supplier quality program.
Starting base salary is up to $105k DOE. Relocation assistance is available. The client is not willing to sponsor a US Work Visa.
