Quality Assurance Technician
Duties:
– Perform inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
– Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to take accurate measurements.
– Collect and analyze data to identify trends or potential issues.
– Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or abnormalities.
– Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
– Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
– Participate in the development and improvement of quality control procedures.
Experience:
– Previous experience in a quality assurance role preferred.
– Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record data.
– Knowledge of quality control procedures and best practices.
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
