About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven Quality Engineer to join our team. This role requires someone who thrives on precision, accuracy, and problem-solving. You will play a key role in ensuring conformance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 leading quality initiatives, and driving continual improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct data-driven analysis to improve quality processes and reduce defects.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Develop and manage PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, and control plans to ensure conforming product to customer requirements
Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits for conformance.
Apply statistical process control (SPC) and data-driven methodologies for continuous improvement.
Work cross-functionally with engineering and production teams to optimize processes.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing in an automotive environment.
Documented training in ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, and quality system compliance.
Proficiency in PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D problem-solving.
Strong skills in data analysis, process improvement, and statistical tools.
Certifications (CQE and CQA) are a plus.
