The candidate should have led a team of Quality Advisors/Analysts/Professional in his/her current/previous organizations. The candidate need to have immense experience of Quality Management Process in the BPO world. The candidate should be a graduate. The candidate will be required to lead a team of Quality Analysts. The candidate should be excellent in his communication skills. This is required for client calls. The candidate needs to be MS Office proficient. MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint. The candidate should be flexible with shifts. The candidate should possess the following skills:
