Schedule: Must be flexible for overtime, shift changes, early arrival, and staying late as needed
We are hiring a Quality Team Lead to support daily warehouse production operations. This role will oversee quality checks, assist with team coordination, train employees, and ensure production goals, safety standards, and quality requirements are met.
The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment and be comfortable supporting a team while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements:
✅ Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or quality lead/supervisor experience
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow quality standards
✅ Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed
✅ Must be flexible with scheduling and business needs
