How You Will Create An Impact 📈

  • Verify production processes: pre-assembly, final assembly, drying/filling, before testing, during testing, and delivery, in accordance with projects and internal procedures.
  • Ensure that documentation at workstations (standards, project files, procedures, instructions) is followed.
  • Participate in the review of internal procedures related to the processes involved.
  • Prepare, record, and transmit nonconformity reports or quality alerts/warnings following inspections in the production flow.
  • Stop production and delivery of projects that do not meet the required quality standards.
  • Take part in decisions regarding repairs in case of defects and may propose corrective measures to achieve the desired quality level within the scope of competence.
  • Ensure identification of compliant/non-compliant products.
  • Inform the relevant departments in case of detected nonconformities to establish corrective and preventive actions.
  • Complete quality documents on time according to internal procedures.
  • Perform inspections along the production flow to verify compliance of the production, storage, and delivery processes.

What Are We Looking For 🔎

  • Availability to work in 2 shifts
  • Minimum technical high school education
  • Relevant experience in quality field – at least 1 year
  • Knowledge of technical drawings – mandatory
  • Knowledge of using measuring and control tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package: Excel/Word/PowerPoint
  • English language knowledge – an advantage
