Responsibilities include managing stability programs, conducting formulation work, and providing technical expertise in compliance and product claims. The ideal candidate should bring analytical skills and a minimum of 3-5 years of laboratory experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage stability studies for R&D samples and finished products
• Maintain pilot plant equipment and conduct environmental testing
• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform routine analytical testing and data interpretation
• Collaborate with project teams towards product development goals
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field
• 3-5 years of lab experience, preferable in health products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
