Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves conducting thorough inspections of materials and finished products.
Duties
Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers and vision inspection systems, to perform accurate measurements and assessments.
Collect and analyze data related to product quality and performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 13485 and HACCP throughout the manufacturing process.
Participate in internal audits and assist in preparing for external audits related to quality assurance.
Experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
