We are seeking an experienced and innovative Recruitment Operations Manager. You will be at the forefront of identifying opportunities where AI agents can transform our operations, from candidate sourcing and screening to outreach and data management. Crucially, you will also be responsible for overseeing the effective deployment and ongoing quality assurance of these systems, ensuring they deliver consistent, reliable, and “on-brand” results.
What You’ll Do:
Analyze existing recruitment workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas ripe for automation using AI technologies.
Lead the exploration, piloting, and integration of new solutions for tasks like candidate communication, data entry, initial screening, and scheduling.
Develop and implement robust strategies for the human oversight and management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality control.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of automated processes, troubleshooting issues and optimizing agent configurations for peak efficiency.
Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to understand their needs and integrate solutions seamlessly into their daily activities.
Train and support staff on new tools and best practices for leveraging automation.
Contribute to our strategy for maintaining high-quality candidate and client experiences even as automation scales.
Who You Are:
5+ years of experience in recruitment operations, HR operations, or business process management within an SMB environment.
Demonstrated experience or strong interest in leveraging automation tools (e.g., Zapier, CRM automations, basic scripting) and a curiosity for emerging AI agent technologies.
A proven track record of optimizing processes and driving efficiency improvements.
A critical thinker with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality, especially in automated outputs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex operational challenges.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams.
You understand that while latest tools are powerful, human oversight is often key to ensuring reliability and trust in automated outcomes.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Direct experience with advanced tools or platforms (e.g., custom GPTs, AI agent frameworks, large language models).
Experience evaluating or managing third-party automation services.
